1. What should I provide in trade url field when getting skin?
Trade url is unique link which allows to send items in easy way. You can find your trade url at the bottom of this page: http://steamcommunity.com/id/me/tradeoffers/privacy
2. Why my transaction has been canceled?
Transactions are being canceled when user provides wrong trade url or his profile is private.
3. My transactions is still pending, how long should I wait?
Item should be arrived in few minutes if you have provided valid trade url. Sometimes it can take more time, but item will be arrived for sure at the latest within 24 hours.
4. There are only few items available, how often is the delivery of items?
We refill inventory dozen times a day, if there are not items available, be patient, we refill inventory for sure.
5. What type if items are available for users?
There are Counter-Strike: Global Offensive weapon skins, stickers, cases etc.
6. I do not received my points for installing apps of filling offers, what should I do?
Generally, offers are handled by Fyber service and they are responsible for accepting offer completion and granting points. There is a instruction what user should do if he didn't received his points:
As long as the user can provide a prove of the completed offer, the reward will be paid manually by our user support. Users just need to click on the button "Support" in the top right corner of the offerwall."
7. My steam account is restricted from trading and I can't accept the offer
You should wait until restriction is gone and accept offer typically after time.
If you want to cancel trade offer and receive your points back, you can use e-mail provided at the bottom of the page to message us about that with your trade url, item name and e-mail included.
